Grade Wise Head Value Setup

If the organization is having a structured salary on the basis of Grade and Pay Structure then a setup needs to be created. This setup can be created in the Grade wise Head Value Setup screen where salary value needs to be set for each Earning and Deduction head whichever is fixed for the selected criteria.

Employee wise grades are specified in Organization master.

Pay Structure: Required Pay structure for which salary value needs to be set to be selected

Period: Month Year from which the value will be applicable needs to be specified

Head Type: Setup is for Earning or Deduction needs to be specified

Salary Head: Earning or Deduction head whose value is being set needs to be specified

Value As: The specified value is an Amount or Rate or Percentage value or if nothing is applicable then Not Applicable needs to be mentioned

After selecting the above criteria, all the available Grades with Code and Description will be displayed. Respective Earning or Deduction values need to be specified against each Grade.
