Scheme

Scheme is an offer or facility provided by the real estate projects. Schemes remain valid only for a specific time period and during this period, it is possible to avail the facilities associated with a given scheme.

Code: Enter the code by which the scheme is to be referred to

Description: Describe the scheme on offer

Scheme Type: Select the type of scheme from the drop down menu, it is coming from Scheme Type master

Value: Enter the value of the scheme. For example, if a car is offered on booking a flat, the value of the car is to be inserted in this section

Valid From: Schemes do not remain effective through the year. Enter the starting date of the scheme from the pop up calendar

Valid To: Enter the date till when the scheme will remain effective

Effective Till: The ‘Valid To’ date is extended at times. Enter the date till when the scheme will remain effective

After the necessary fields are filled up, click on ‘Submit’ to save the record
