Campaign Hierarchy

Hierarchy of campaign can be set in 'Campaign Hierarchy' interface.

Creating Campaign Hierarchy

Main Info

Code: Enter code name of the campaign hierarchy (Mandatory)

Description: Enter description of campaign hierarchy (Mandatory)

There are some generic and system defined Campaign Hierarchy types. For example Main, Parent or Child campaign. A parent campaign may have child campaigns under it. For example suppose Festival is a parent campaign and chrismas may be its child campaign.

Already created 'Campaign Hierarchy' can be searched by their code from 'Code' drop down list as shown below. If any of them matches with the requirement then there is no need to create new. Otherwise new 'Campaign Hierarchy' is to be created as per the requirement of the organization.
