Activity is basically the description of the smallest executable unit of Work. BOQ is the first place where Activity is mapped with it’s required quantity. Later on this Activity flows to Resource Requirement, Work Order, WBS, DPR and finally in Contractor RA Bill. Activity is created through Activity Master and later on which can be tagged in different transaction (s). Moreover during BOQ entry and Work Order entry, Activity can be created on the fly.
